Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Web Design Point, ("Web Design Point", "we", "us" or "our"). Every reference to Web Design Point in this document means Web Design Point.
Accessing or using webdesignpoint.com signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the website.
Acceptable use
The website offers general information about our capabilities. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt or overload it, probe or bypass its security, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, upload harmful code or files, or copy, republish or commercially exploit its content without our prior written consent.
Engagements and proposals
Custom engagements are governed by a signed proposal or statement of work setting out the scope, schedule, deliverables, revision allowance and payment milestones. Packages ordered online are governed by the section Orders placed online below. Other inquiries submitted through the website are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer. Where a signed proposal differs from these terms, the signed proposal prevails.
Orders placed online
When you order a package through our order page, the package description, the brief you submit and our confirmation email together form our agreement. Packages are paid in full at checkout. Work begins once payment is confirmed, and the preview and delivery dates in your confirmation email are counted in business days from that moment.
Website and logo packages include two rounds of refinements within the scope of the package. Requests beyond that scope, such as additional pages, new features or a change of direction after approval, are quoted separately before any work begins.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your first private preview is sent. Once a preview has been sent, fees are not refundable, and we continue to complete the project and its included refinements. Growth programs may be ended with 30 days written notice. Our Refund and Dispute Policy at webdesignpoint.com/refund-policy explains refunds, corrections after delivery and payment disputes in full.
Schedules depend on timely replies. If we are waiting on content, decisions or access from you, the affected dates move by the same number of business days.
Payments
Invoices are payable by the methods offered on our secure payment page, under the schedule stated in your proposal. Payments are processed by independent providers, and we never receive or store complete card numbers. Programs are billed monthly in advance and may be ended with 30 days written notice.
Client obligations
Clients agree to respond promptly with content, decisions, credentials and truthful information, and confirm that they hold the necessary rights to any material they provide. Delays in supplying approvals or assets may extend the delivery schedule.
Ownership of work
Once the agreed fees are paid in full, ownership of the custom deliverables defined in your proposal transfers to you. Preexisting tools, open source software and third party licensed components remain governed by their respective licenses. The Web Design Point name, logo, website design and website content are the property of Web Design Point.
Careers
Positions advertised on this website reflect openings at the time of publication. They do not form an employment contract or promise an interview. By applying, you confirm that the information you submit is truthful and complete.
Third party services
The website may reference or link to services operated by others. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The website is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take care to keep it accurate and online, yet we cannot promise uninterrupted or error free operation. Outcomes referenced on the website, including search visibility or lead volume, are influenced by many external factors and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Web Design Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss connected with the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the particular service giving rise to it.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Georgia govern these terms, without reference to conflict of law principles. Unless a signed proposal specifies otherwise, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Georgia.
